E-mail security
Occasionally, bogus e-mails are used in an attempt to extract personal banking details from you. Nationwide UK (Ireland) will never request confidential information or security details in an e-mail.
If you do receive an e-mail that seems to have been sent from Nationwide UK (Ireland) asking for your personal banking details, pin numbers, passwords, or you are suspicious in any way, please call us immediately on 1800 800 310 during working hours (9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri). Do not call any telephone number or action any request in the e-mail.
If you suspect you may have revealed your details, you should call us immediately on 1800 800 310 during working hours (9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) and advise us of what has happened. You should also change your sign on details to something only you know.
