The Financial Services Ombudsman

The Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme has been set up by law to provide private individuals with a free, independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms operating in the Republic of Ireland.

The Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme usually requires you to take your complaint to them no later than 15 working days from the date on the letter from Nationwide UK (Ireland)  giving you our final response.
