European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform

If you wish to complain about a financial service purchased online you may be able to use the European Commissionís Online Dispute Resolution platform.

When this service is fully functional it will provide an alternative online method of accessing the Financial Services Ombudsman, but only for customers who applied for our services online. If you choose to submit your complaint in this manner, it will be forwarded to the Financial Services Ombudsman.
