New Customer to Nationwide UK (Ireland)
It is a legal requirement that we identify all new customers to Nationwide UK (Ireland) and you will need to provide the following to accompany your completed application form.
- Proof of name - (1 form of ID required)
- Proof of address – (2 original forms of proof required)
- Proof of PPS number – (1 original form of proof required)
For joint accounts, ALL parties must provide proof of name, address and PPS number.
Please note your account cannot be made fully operational unless you have answered all the questions on the application form and you have provided satisfactory identification documents for all account holders.
